Pasta with hard cheese sauce in 10 minutes

When there is no time to cook dinner, but you want something unusual from ordinary pasta, then this recipe will come to the rescue. The only thing you need to stock up on hard cheese, because without it the dish will not work out.

Details

To prepare, take:
200 g of hard pasta
50 g of butter
1 tbsp. flour
250 ml of milk
200 g of hard cheese (you can combine different types)
0.5 tsp. salt
0.5 tsp. paprika,
0.5 tsp. dried garlic

Boil the pasta in salted water in the traditional way until cooked.

In parallel, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter over medium heat, add the flour, mix, gradually pour in the milk and bring the sauce to a thickening.

Add salt (if you use salty cheeses, you can add just a pinch of salt, because the cheese itself is salty enough), add paprika, dried garlic, grated cheese and cook together for another 2 minutes.

Add the boiled, previously drained pasta, cook together with the sauce for another minute and enjoy!
