The level of cholesterol in the blood largely depends on a person's diet. There are certain products that help lower the score.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, foods high in cholesterol tend to be high in saturated fat and, in some cases, trans fat. Saturated fats and cholesterol are mainly found in animal products, such as fatty meats, high-fat dairy products, baked goods.

Fish
