Nutritionists have announced a list of products that have the right amount of protein necessary for a full-fledged diet.
Legumes will be a good alternative to meat. They contain almost no fat, and the body easily absorbs them. The largest amount of protein is in lentils, chickpeas and beans.
In addition to protein, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds contain fatty acids. However, they are quite high in calories, so you shouldn't rely on these products.
You can also replace meat with nuts: hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts. They are recommended for people suffering from diabetes. Bulgur, couscous and buckwheat are also rich in protein.
– Green fruits and vegetables can also help people who don't want to or can't eat animal protein: avocado, broccoli, peas, asparagus and spinach contain much more protein than colorful products. It's worth turning to soy. 100 grams of soy meat contains up to 52 grams of nutrients, – the nutritionist noted.
It's also useful to eat algae: nori and spirulina. They consist of almost half of protein.
