Quick cream cheese for breakfast

You can't think of a faster breakfast! And no chemicals, everything is natural.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 g of cheese with a fat content of 9%
- 4 tbsp. l. sour cream with a fat content of 20-25%
- 3 tbsp. condensed milk
- seasonal berries and fruits (strawberries, blueberries, pears)
- lemon juice for serving
- powdered sugar for serving
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION RECIPE
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and beat thoroughly with an immersion blender – there should be no lumps left in the cottage cheese.
Step 2
Continuing to beat, pour in the condensed milk. You should get a smooth cream. Divide the cream into bowls or creamers.
Step 3
Cut the fruit and large berries into beautiful slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle a little with powdered sugar. Place on top of the cream cheese and serve immediately.
