Scientists have refuted the myth about the effectiveness of cabbage for increasing female breasts

Scientists have debunked the myth that eating fresh cabbage helps to enlarge women's breasts. The corresponding conclusions were made by British experts based on the results of the study.

The authors of the work found that quite often people search the Internet for articles about the ability of green leafy vegetables, including cabbage and spinach, to help enlarge breasts. This effect is supposedly provided by the presence of lignans in the composition, which mimic estrogen in the body. It turned out that in reality this practice has no effect, the size of a woman's bust can change only due to fluctuations in weight or hormonal levels in the body.

If breasts really began to grow after taking cabbage, scientists insist, this is more a coincidence than a real interdependence. Experts strongly advise against resorting to this method to increase the bust.
