Scientists tested popular “diet” products

Scientists conducted an experiment and checked some “diet” foods that are very popular among dieters. It turned out that the stories about the benefits of these products are just an advertising ploy.

Curds, juices from the store and low-fat yogurts “participated” in the experiment. As it turned out, there is almost no cheese in the curds, but the calories in the product are enough – 400 kcal per 100 grams.

Juices from the store also cannot be called a diet product, because it contains a large amount of sugar – 60 grams per package .

Fat-free yogurts are really healthy, but due to the addition of sweeteners and flavor enhancers, they lose their benefits.
