Also, many people mistakenly believe that honey becomes dangerous to health as a result of crystallization. It does not. Crystallization is only aimed at preserving the product. At the same time, its value and properties do not change.
There is also a popular myth that you can get honey with an exceptional wooden spoon. It is not true. If you use a metal device, nothing will happen either, but experts really do not advise leaving it in the product for a long time.
At the same time, experts reminded that honey contains a huge amount of useful substances. It gives the same amount of energy as coffee, only its effect lasts longer. At the same time, nutritionists do not recommend adding honey to tea, as it loses its beneficial properties in a hot environment.
