The housewives shared how to buy a ripe pomelo fruit

If you like citrus fruits, then definitely buy pomelo. Not only useful, but also tasty. However, only when you take a ripe fruit, and not a sour, green, bitter fruit.

Details

A ripe fruit should be quite firm. If the peel is easily pressed with a finger, it means that the fruit is already overripe and has even begun to spoil.

The larger the fruit, the juicier the middle. The skin should be smooth, even, without damage. There should be no dents or spots of burgundy color on its surface. This is a sign of spoilage or even diseases of fruits from the “native” tree.

By the way, the color of the skin does not mean anything: in some varieties, the mature fruit has a dark green skin. Therefore, do not look for red barrels or spots.
