Banana bread – If you love chocolate, then most likely the first dessert that comes to mind will be Brownie. This simple dessert has hundreds of recipes, textures and features. But, banana bread is unfairly less popular. It differs from Brownie only in that it is more porous, you need to get used to it. But, what an incredible aroma of bananas will stand in the kitchen. However, the most important thing, the most important thing for which we love banana bread is its texture. It is impossible to describe it, you just have to try it. Banana dessert is always juicier, more tender, softer and at the same time, slightly sticky from the juiciness of the banana, so you will never confuse it with other desserts, and if you cook it correctly, you will have to eat it right away, because it will be impossible to stop!
Step by step:
- Start by melting the butter (115 g). In general, fats are always the juiciness of the products. In this case, we use liquid butter, so you can take olive oil (the same amount). But the textures of desserts made with butter and vegetable oil are slightly different, so if you want a creamier, more viscous structure, take olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour (175 g), sugar (200 g), cocoa (60 g) and baking soda. Mix everything together and add all the other ingredients. Namely: sour cream (15%, 130 g or 3 tablespoons, melted butter (115 g), 2 eggs and bananas, cut into large pieces.
- Mix everything with a mixer until smooth, but if the banana pieces remain, this will add more juiciness to our cake.
- With bananas, the story always goes two ways. You can take overripe bananas and you will get a more aromatic dessert with a mushy dough, but if you like clear textures, take a dense, hard banana.
- Prepare a mold. Preferably a bread-type one (long, rectangular, mine is 10×30 cm), because such dough likes to bake quickly. But you can bake in any, it does not affect the taste.))) Cover with parchment and grease with oil.
- Bake the dough for 40-50 min. at a temperature of 180 degrees. But check the readiness in your oven.
- You can decorate with powdered sugar, chocolate icing or as your imagination allows.
There is one thing, but, frankly, it is addictive! Delicious!
