At the same time, ripe bananas contain a large amount of sugar and are not recommended for use by people who are prone to glucose spikes.
“Unripe bananas should not be eaten by those who do not digest fiber well, there are problems with the intestines, pancreas, gall bladder. In this case, unripe bananas will lead to bloating of the intestines,” the specialist noted.
