1. Don't Budget

One of the most important, yet often overlooked, aspects of financial well-being is budgeting. Its absence is similar to driving a car blindfolded — you are moving, but you do not understand where you are going and what obstacles may be encountered on the road.

Budgeting provides a clear picture of your income and expenses. It allows you to effectively manage resources and find areas where costs can be reduced. It's important to keep track of your monthly payments and categorize them into essentials and non-essentials.

Consider using convenient apps or the “envelope method” — dividing money into different envelopes for different categories of expenses.

2 . Accumulate debts

Accumulating too much debt can seriously undermine your financial well-being. High-interest consumer debt, such as credit card debt, is especially harmful. High levels of debt divert money from savings and investments, cause stress and anxiety, and can lead to poor financial decisions.

Also, unsubscribe from promotional newsletters and limit the impact of advertising. By channeling your savings toward financial goals, you can greatly strengthen your wealth-building efforts and eventually develop healthy financial habits.
