To stay healthy, experts advise eating at least three white foods. One of them is salt. It is found in many ready-made food products, including bread. Salt, eaten with them in large quantities, not only increases blood pressure, it also contributes to clogging of blood vessels. In addition, salt stimulates the drinking of water, which causes the kidneys to work harder.
Another white product that doctors recommend eating as little as possible is sugar.
“Excessive sugar consumption causes great harm to the body, not only increasing the tendency to obesity, but also increasing the risk of developing diabetes,” the experts stated.
They also added saturated fat to the trio of the most harmful white products. Experts warned that with daily consumption of large doses of fat, not only does weight increase, but also the level of lipids in the blood increases, which in turn is associated with a tendency to cardiovascular diseases.
