In season, you can find many delicious mushrooms. These can be: chanterelles, boletus, porcini, boletus, etc. If you don't have forest mushrooms, you can take oyster mushrooms or champignons that are available to everyone in the store. This hot dish recipe will be delicious with any of them.
Dish components
Prepare the products from the following list:
- mushrooms — 750 g;
- onions — 2 pcs.;
- butter — 1 tbsp.;
- flour — 1 tsp.;
- meat broth — 1 tbsp.;
- sour cream — 1 tbsp.;
- chicken eggs — 3 pcs.;
- salt, pepper.
How to prepare the dish
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly with water and clean them. It is important that they are small and fresh. Chop the clean mushrooms and onions. Put everything in a frying pan with butter. Fry a little. Then add the flour and pour in the broth. It can be not only meat, but also chicken or vegetable. If there is none, you can pour in water. Stir, add salt and add a little ground black pepper. The mushrooms need to be cooked. Only after that, add sour cream.
The chicken eggs should be hard-boiled. Peel them and cut into circles. When the components of the dish are ready, you can proceed to serving. Take a flat plate of a larger diameter. Heat it in the microwave so that it is warm. Place the egg circles on the plate, and the mushrooms on top. The dish is served hot. Delicious!
