How and when to add sugar to borscht

If you often cook borscht, you can make a frying with a reserve. Use part of it at the moment, and put the second part in plastic cups, wrap it with cling film and put it in the freezer. The next time you make borscht, put a portion of the roast in it without defrosting. It's quick and convenient when you already have the ingredients ready at hand.
