Ingredients:
- 12-14 pcs.
- 500 grams of cheese
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. semolina
- 3 tbsp. flour (1 tbsp. in the dough, and 2 tbsp. for breading)
- vegetable oil (the most delicious cheesecakes are made with coconut oil)
How to cook:
So, take the cheese, mix the semolina into it and leave it for a couple of hours so that the semolina swells. Then add regular sugar and vanilla sugar, and start mashing the mixture with a fork.
Then add the egg, salt, flour, mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
From the resulting dough, use a tablespoon to form small balls, give them a flatter shape and bread them in flour.
Heat the pan and pour vegetable oil. Spread the dough and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
All the cheesecakes are ready. Enjoy!
