Wet wipes can be harmful to your health

Scientists have found out exactly what makes wet wipes dangerous for humans and the environment.
Wet wipes have made our lives much easier. They are always at hand and come in handy when you urgently need to wipe your hands or face. However, recently, British researchers have found out that they can be harmful.
And the reasons are as follows:
- They contain preservatives that can irritate the skin of adults, and especially babies. In addition, an allergic reaction can be caused by anisic and succinic acids, which are often impregnated with wet wipes.
- Napkins spread bacteria. Here is a typical example: you are eating in a public catering establishment and accidentally drop food on your shirt. You wipe your clothes with a napkin, and then your hands with it. However, this only spreads bacteria. In such situations, it is better to wash your hands under running water and with soap.
