If you are a fan of healthy eating, give preference to natural products – apple or lemon juice, plums.

For example, very tomatoes, zucchini and cherry go well together. It should be taken for a three-liter jar of 40-50 fruits. Other ingredients – according to the recipe. Apricot not only gives acid, but also an original smell and taste. And the fruits themselves are also delicious.

Feel free to add lemon or apple juice when canning pepper and tomato. The amount of juice will depend on the required acid in this or that recipe.
