What kind of kefir to use to bake delicious pancakes

If you want pancakes, not flat cakes, then pay attention to kefir or sour milk. Grandmothers know how to please their grandchildren. And to make your grandchildren (and not only) really happy, use hot kefir to knead the dough according to this recipe.
To prepare, you will need:
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. sugar;
- 500 ml of kefir;
- 500 g of flour;
- ½ tsp. baking powder.
How to cook
First, heat the kefir, but do not bring it to a boil – otherwise it will curdle, and then there is no point in cooking.
Then, in a separate bowl, mix the chicken eggs with sugar. You can do this with a whisk and fork, or with a mixer. The latter must first be turned on at minimum speed, gradually increasing the speed. When ready, pour the warmed kefir into the egg mixture.
Next:
- Mix the flour with baking powder and sift the resulting mixture in small portions.
- If you use baking soda instead of baking powder, you don't need to extinguish it with vinegar.
- Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- All that remains is to heat the pan and you can bake ruddy pancakes.
Serve to the table depending on your taste preferences.
