Boiled eggs are a healthy and nutritious product with a whole arsenal of microelements important for humans. The water from them is considered waste, so it is customary to pour it into the sink. But some believe that it is better not to do this.
There is, of course, no harm to the sink. But the water from under the eggs is considered useful in the garden.

Water with a high calcium content. The element remains in it after boiling eggs, because the shell is about 90% calcium.
Therefore, this water is considered a practically free top dressing for indoor, garden and vegetable plants. For example, after cooking eggs, wait for the water to cool down and water the flowers on the windowsill with it. This is done about once a week.
According to people who have tried this type of top dressing, water can “revive” wilting plants and accelerate growth.
Some use this water to water tomatoes, eggplants, and greens. Obviously, 0.5 liters of water for the garden is an elephant's trowel. But you can pour it in turn, each time under a new bush. By the end of the season, all plants will enjoy this water, provided that the eggs are boiled often.
Plants that do not like acidic soil react well to this water. But violets, azaleas, hydrangeas, cucumbers and strawberries will not particularly appreciate this top dressing. It should be borne in mind that if another fertilizer was applied, it is better to wait so that there is no excess.
