There are foods that are considered aphrodisiacs, such as truffles and chocolate. But there are also those that should definitely not be consumed on the eve of a night of love.
1. Black licorice
Licorice intake has long been associated with a decrease in testosterone levels. The stronger the taste of this product, the weaker the sexual desire, which depends on the amount of this hormone in both men and women. Therefore, licorice should not be consumed before a night of love.
2. Cheese
Dairy products are known for their ability to reduce libido. For many people, such products cause a feeling of heaviness in the stomach, and this feeling is also not suitable for sex.
