10 Signs That Your Liver Is Dying

We only have one liver and we need to take care of it! Not only does it help remove toxins and purify the blood, but it also helps balance hormones and plays a big role in processing and distributing nutrients from food. So how do you know when your liver needs help and how can you get it?

The following symptoms indicate the presence of liver disease:

  • Focus on organic foods and avoid foods containing GMOs.
  • Cut out all refined sugars, including white, brown, beet and cane sugar, as well as cane juice and sugar crystals.

  • Replace the above oils with healthier alternatives such as coconut and palm oil, ghee from buffalo milk, avocado oil and butter from grass-fed cows.
  • Increase your intake of foods rich in amino acids such as kale, beets, parsley, spinach, free-range eggs and chicken.
  • Limit your fructose intake to twenty-five grams per day.
  • Increase your dietary fiber intake to thirty-five grams per day by eating Brussels sprouts, broccoli, artichokes, avocados, chia seeds, and flax.
  • Try to avoid alcohol whenever possible (we know that it's not exactly popular, but you want to be healthy, right?).
