3 Errors in cooking jelly through which it does not solidify

Classical dish of Ukrainian cuisine jelly (or less common name – a student or dragli) is considered not only a festive dish, but also prepared by housewives just without drive, so it is satisfying, useful and delicious.
However there are three mistakes that spoil the jelly, making it liquid. A worthy replacement for legs, ears and other parts (with jelly -forming effect) containing a large amount of collagen. It is boiled by the dish of the dish. The jelly is made from the second row, which with the veins or cut off from the joints. Additionally put better quality meat, but the jelly will only freeze thanks to the second row. Such a jelly will harden. The result is a very boiled meat and sticky broth that hardens directly in a spoon.
