Artificial sweeteners

Salty foods
Most of us eat far more salt than our bodies need every day – and excess sodium increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke and stomach cancer. In most cases, we get excess salt from processed foods and fast food – another reason to seriously reduce their consumption.
