3 “secret” ingredients for “juicy” and delicious cutlets

Everything can be done as usual, just add three simple ingredients that will create real culinary magic.
First ingredient
Plain water. Pour in the final: 1/4 or 1/3 cup, depending on the amount of minced meat. Then knead the minced meat to a uniform pasty consistency and fry the cutlets.
Second ingredient
Put sour cream in the minced meat. One or two tablespoons, depending on the amount of minced meat. Add the same in the final, when the other ingredients have already been mixed into the minced meat.
Third ingredient
Mayonnaise – a substitute for sour cream. Add in the same way as sour cream – 1-2 tablespoons.
Finely chopped onion will make the cutlets very juicy. Many housewives know this, but it's important for novice cooks to know.
