Almost every housewife always has a couple of jars of pickles in the cellar. After all the vegetables are eaten, the brine is most often simply poured out.
However, instead of getting rid of a valuable product, self-respecting chefs have found a use for it.

1. Okroshka
Perhaps there is nothing tastier than winter okroshka cooked in brine. To do this, you need to dice boiled meat, pickles and pickled garlic.
Eggs and radishes can be chopped using a large grater. As you might have guessed, all the ingredients need to be mixed and poured with brine.
2.Meat
Another option for using brine is to make stewed meat. To do this, cut the pork into small pieces, pour brine and leave to marinate.
After 3-4 hours, rub the meat with your favorite seasoning with the addition of olive oil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until cooked.
3.Baking
Cooks use brine to prepare a batter for fish or chicken. For a glass of marinade left over from cucumbers, you will need the same amount of flour, 2 eggs, and a pinch of soda.
Mix and beat all the ingredients, then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the resulting mass.
