4 habits that will make your immunity really strong

And no onions with lemon!
There is no magic pill or miracle supplement that can make our immune system strong. But exercise, proper nutrition, and even some everyday habits can significantly strengthen it and help fight disease. Learn what you should do more often to get sick less often.
Laugh
Every time you watch a comedy or just giggle with friends at some jokes you understand, you make your immunity a little stronger. The thing is that laughter increases the level of antibodies in the blood and white blood cells, which attack and kill bacteria and viruses.
Sing
The next time you go to karaoke, remember that singing activates the function of the spleen, helping to increase the concentration of antibodies in the blood and thereby strengthen the immune system. If you don't like to sing, it doesn't matter – studies have confirmed that even regular listening to music makes us a little less susceptible to disease.
Eat fat
We never tire of repeating: the worst thing we can do is switch to a diet low in fat. The more healthy fats – monounsaturated, rich in beneficial acids – we eat, the less often we get sick. The fact is that fats are necessary for the production of hormone-like compounds that help regulate the immune system's response to infection. And if you eat little fat or prefer harmful trans fats, your immune system may simply not have enough strength to fight back.
…and fish
Two in one — beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and protein that strengthens the immune system. All this is fatty sea fish. Those who eat at least two servings of such fish a week have fewer inflammatory processes in the body and stronger immunity.
