In in turn, according to the cancer research and treatment organization Cancer Research UK, about 40 percent of cancer cases can be prevented through changes related to healthy weight and nutrition, regular physical activity and smoking cessation.
Speaking of this, doctors emphasize that by making healthy changes to your lifestyle now, you can change your health for the better in the future. It is age that is the biggest risk factor for the development of cancer for most people – the risk of the appearance of malignant tumors becomes especially significant after 50 and after 65 years.
