1. Prioritize your oral hygiene
It may seem like your oral hygiene habits are between you, your toothbrush, and your smile, but the rest of your body may disagree.
Scientific evidence continues to emerge linking poor dental health to serious illnesses, from heart disease to dementia.
The mouth is the gateway to the body, all of which can be affected by your dental health regime. If people don't take care of their teeth or only brush them once a day, especially if they skip the evening brush, they leave a lot of bacteria on their teeth. At night, when they sleep and don't produce much saliva, this causes a lot of bacteria to enter their bloodstream. 2. Tighten up your muscles

Your body becomes dehydrated overnight, so before enjoying your morning beverage, it's important to drink a large glass of water (ideally at room temperature) to replenish hydration.
