44-year-old man got a summons and refused mobilization: what an unexpected reason he called

This is stated in the sentence of Veselinovsky District Court of Mykolaiv region. 

According to the court, a resident of the Nikolaev area in May and August 2024 received summons, but categorically refused mobilization. 

In court, the man admitted guilty and added that he “refuses to undergo military service, as he has four unpaid loans, his wife is unemployed, there is a minor child, as well as a sick mother.” 

the court analyzed the case file and found the man guilty of Article 336 of the Criminal Code. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
