Experts unanimously recommend drinking a glass of liquid 30-40 minutes before eating: it helps to “start” the body and prepare for a productive day. Water

We have already talked about the need to maintain water balance throughout the day and the risks of dehydration, but why do experts recommend drinking water in the morning and on an empty stomach? The fact is that, when drunk on an empty stomach, it not only starts metabolic processes and strengthens the effect on the body, but also prevents headaches and has a beneficial effect on the work of the digestive system. Water with apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has a significant set of useful properties: it improves the work of the gastrointestinal tract, reduces appetite and cravings for sweets.
