2. We can’t wait for the right temperature of the pan.
It is better to fry any products when the pan is well heated. For this, you need to wait at least two minutes, but no less.
If you immediately send the products to cook, they may burn, but not get cooked inside.
3. We try to cheat when cooking mashed potatoes.
You should not put whole potatoes in the oven, because you will have to wait a long time for them to cook. It is better to chop the potatoes into cubes as if you were going to cook soup.
4. “We hurry” to defrost fish and meat.
