  1. Start with cleaning scales, remove the entrails and remove the gills. Then longitudinal cuts are made on each fish. The trick is that the more cuts, the less bones will remain – they will “dissolve” due to the high temperature. This method is probably already known to everyone, but it is really effective.
  2. The fish is salted outside and inside, sprinkled with pepper, and then rolled in breadcrumbs made of flour (preferably cornmeal) or breadcrumbs.
  3. Next, the fish is placed in a frying pan with oil and fried to a ruddy, appetizing shade on both sides.
  4. While the carp are frying, peel and chop a few cloves of garlic. When the fish is almost done, a small amount of crushed garlic is applied to each of them.
