7 signs of approaching menopause that you should know

These signs can appear three to four years before menopause.
Most women go through menopause at the age of 51-53, but, of course, this period is individual for each. Our body warns us about upcoming changes, even a few years before menopause itself. Here are some symptoms that indicate that our body is preparing to enter menopause.
Sore breasts
The hormonal fluctuations that our body experiences long before menopause can cause swelling and tenderness in the breasts. Moreover, during self-examination, we may notice lumps – most often these are harmless formations, but, of course, they should still be shown to a doctor.
Bruise
During premenopause, our skin becomes thinner and more vulnerable, and those microtraumas that previously passed without a trace for us can now leave large and bright bruises on the skin.
Dry eyes and tearing
Watery eyes are a sign that your organs of vision lack moisture and are trying to compensate for the deficiency in such a desperate way. Hormonal imbalance can cause dry eyes and vision impairment.
