A 100-year-old British woman revealed the secret of longevity

The British woman received the nickname “Hurricane Hilda” from her relatives after how she started dancing on a walker during a family party in Spain. Hilda Maguire recently celebrated her 100th birthday in Hartlepool and shared the secret to longevity.
The celebration took place in the pensioner's favorite pub. Four children with their families came to congratulate her.
Maguire admits that he loves traveling and music. She writes poems herself, and at the age of a little over 90, the British woman learned Spanish and passed an exam in this subject. According to the woman, the secret of her longevity lies in the following: “good food, good sleep, good friends and a lot of communication”.
During the Second World War, Maguire was engaged in assembling searchlights for the Soviet army. After that, the woman worked for many years at the Siemens plant in her hometown. Maguire also traveled almost all over the world – she visited China, France, as well as South Africa and other countries.
