A woman named Karen, who bought this property with her husband Allen, shared her impressions from the first visit to the “Rocky House”.

“From the outside, it looks more like a prison than a residential building. He was seduced by a gentleman whom our neighbors called bohemian,” says the American woman.

Interestingly, the couple recently starred in an episode of HGTV's popular Ugliest House in America.

We spoke to the architect, and he said, “Glad it's still standing vertically”. Interestingly, the previous owner even installed a dirt floor to be able to grow plants inside, says Allen.

The area of ​​the 4-story home is 226 square meters. You can get inside through double iron doors. There are two bedrooms (main and guest), two bathrooms, a kitchen with a wine fridge, an office and a laundry room.

The sale announcement also mentions two terraces that can be accessed from the third floor, a spacious balcony and greenhouse.
