First, we marinate onions and peppers. Cut the onion into half rings, pepper into strips (you can take yellow and red pepper – in half, it will be bright). Mix, add vinegar, honey, mustard. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
Now cut cucumbers and smoked meat into strips (chicken breast is best).
Add peas, pickled onions and peppers (drain the marinade). Season with oil and mix.
This bright salad is not only beautiful to look at, but also tasty!
