Ingredients for two sausages:
400 g of “Do kavy” cookies
160 g of butter
150 nuts
100 g of sugar
40 g of cocoa
80 ml of milk
Preparation:
Grind the nuts and cookies into crumbs using a blender. Beat so that the particles are not ground. In a saucepan, mix the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Bring to a boil and pour this mixture over the cookies with nuts and mix.
Place this mass on cling film, tamp well and form two sausages. Wrap tightly in film and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Before you cut, dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
