For the dough:
150 g of chilled butter
150 g of heavy sour cream
350 g of flour
a pinch of salt
Filling:
jam, marmalade, cherries (to taste)

Sieve the flour, add the chilled butter, salt, vanilla sugar if desired and grind into crumbs. Add the chilled sour cream, knead the dough and form into a ball. Divide it into 4 parts, form balls and put in the refrigerator in cling film for 1 hour.
Take out the ball, roll the dough into a circle, divide into 8 parts, put the filling and twist into bagels. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment, put in the oven to bake, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25 minutes. Generously roll the finished bagels in powdered sugar. Delicious!
