Scientists from the Austrian University of Graz were able to confirm this with the help of a study. They gave fitness trackers and activity trackers to about 80 healthy adults for five days.

In the end, it turned out that those who were physically active were much better at coming up with new ideas. Also, their mood was generally noticeably better.

In addition, the publication listed other benefits of regular daily walking. Just a 10-minute walk after a meal has been found to help people with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar. Also, regular walks will help to cope with high blood pressure and curb cravings for chocolate.
