A delicious meat dish with pickles

Tender and juicy pork rolls, baked under a cheese crust, acquire a special, piquant taste thanks to the use of a pickled cucumber filling.

To begin, cut the pork flesh into pieces of the same size, like those that go on chops.
Each steak should be beaten off on both sides, then sprinkled with salt and ground pepper. You can add any of your favorite spices.
Rub the spices into the meat with your fingers, then place the pieces on top of each other in a separate container.
30-40 minutes will be enough for the meat to marinate, but it is better to wait longer.
After a while, spread the future rolls on a flat surface and place pieces of pickled cucumber on them, cut into bars the width of the pieces of pork.
Form the rolls and secure them with toothpicks for reliability, then transfer them to a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Vegetable oil must also be applied to the workpieces themselves.
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, then sprinkle with grated cheese and keep in the oven for another 5 minutes.
