Beautiful pear jam. Fragrant and very original in taste. The main taste of pear, and additional notes add ginger, cinnamon and vanilla.
Ingredients
You need the following:
- lemon juice-2 tsp;
- ground cinnamon-1 tsp;
How to cook
Wash the pears thoroughly and remove the peel. Cut into a cube. Put the pears in a large saucepan, fill with water, put spices and bring to a boil. Cook further for 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat. Or grind everything with a blender into a solid mass.
pour the finished jam into jars and refrigerate. Shelf life of a maximum of 1 week. But it is so delicious that it is more and not enough.
