Pumpkin can be prepared very tasty as a side dish. And it's not a fact that you have to bake it exclusively. There is another option that you might like. Perhaps so much so that you won't want to cook it any other way.
Ingredients
You will need the following products for cooking:
- pumpkin — 400 g;
- sour cream — 2 tbsp.;
- garlic — 3-4 cloves;
- greens — 3 sprigs;
- oil — 1 tbsp.;
- salt, pepper.
How to cook
Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Just not small ones. Larger ones taste better. Put the pumpkin in a frying pan, fry in oil, with salt and pepper.
Mix the sour cream, garlic, and greens. Wait for the pumpkin to brown, then pour in the mixture. Now all you have to do is be patient and simmer it until cooked. Monitor this moment so that the cubes do not boil over. Enjoy!
