A great breakfast replacement: a delicious diet drink – an oatmeal-apple smoothie

Fill your body with useful microelements in one meal! We suggest you prepare an oat-apple smoothie without added sugar, which is suitable for fans of healthy eating. It is especially good to drink it in the morning, when you don't feel like having breakfast, it will help you refresh yourself and fill your body with useful substances.

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal – 50 g
  • Milk – 200 g
  • Honey – 10 g
  • Apple – 1 piece
  • Almonds – 6 pieces
  • Cinnamon – to taste
  • Prunes – 3 pieces

How to prepare:

1. Pour the oatmeal into a deep bowl, pour milk (100 g). Mix well. Leave the flakes to soak in the milk for 10-15 minutes.
