Such a bright dessert is perfect for fasting and simply as a tasty and healthy snack for those who watch their health.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado (+- 200g)
  • Coconut cream 200 ml (can be ordinary)
  • Lemon juice 1.5 tbsp. spoon
  • Chia seeds 1.5 tbsp.
  • < li>Sweetener

Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice, add sweetener and cream. Beat with a blender. Next, mix in the chia seeds and send to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
