A healthy express breakfast in 2 minutes: just three ingredients

Today we have the fastest and, probably, one of the healthiest breakfasts! Have you guessed what it is?
Of course, it's a smoothie! But not a simple one, but a chocolate one. The perfect breakfast for those who have no appetite in the morning, but need something to eat for breakfast! In addition, you don't even have to turn on the stove.
What you need:
- bananas – 2 pcs.
- milk – about 150 ml
- cocoa – 1 tbsp. l.
- you can add honey
How to cook:
- Cut the banana or simply break it into pieces with your hands and throw it into a blender.
- Add a little cocoa powder. If you suddenly don't like cocoa (or you've run out of it), you can skip this step.
- And pour in the milk. Yes, regular cow's milk, 2.5% fat or vegetable. Or, in general, instead of milk, take kefir. It will also be very tasty. Experiment!
- And beat everything together until smooth. Pour into cups and enjoy!
If you want, you can add protein to the smoothie. The last tip will be more useful for athletes.
