The feeling of aging at a young age indicates a lack of the necessary physical load. According to the Japanese professor Hiroshi Hiraizumi, in this case, body functions begin to be deactivated.
He noted that many people today have unexpected pains due to remote work. “The muscles that go vertically from the waist to the front of the hip joint, as well as the iliac-lumbar muscles become stiff and create a load on the lower back,” the professor said.
In an interview with the Japanese publication Nihon He advised Keizai to start fighting the “rustiness” of the body with the help of regular stretching. Hiraizumi explained that some effective exercises can be done on any stairs.
For example, you can stretch the neck and shoulder joints. In this case, inclines to handrails with a straight back will be useful. The iliac-lumbar muscles can be relaxed with the help of lunges, in which one leg will be fixed a couple of steps higher.
The specialist emphasized that several exercises will improve blood circulation and activate muscle metabolism. This, in turn, will help slow down the aging process.
