Ingredients:

• 300 g pumpkin
• 200 g flour
• 100 g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 100 ml oil
• 1 tsp. l. baking powder
• A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

To make the cake even more fragrant, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the dough. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater or grind it in a blender. Mix eggs with sugar, add oil and pumpkin.

Add flour, baking powder and spices. Mix everything thoroughly to form a homogeneous dough. Pour the dough into the mold and bake at a temperature of 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden.

The finished cupcake will be soft and fragrant, perfectly combined with a hot drink.
