A neighbor launched a drone around an American woman's house to tease her dog, but the dog managed to neutralize the drone. After this incident, the man demanded compensation in the amount of $900, but the court instead fined him. The author of the post said that a neighbor often flies a drone over her house to tease the dog, but one day the clever pet thought of catching the device .

“The neighbor was banging on my door, shouting obscenities. As it turned out, he launched his drone again over my yard, but this time the dog managed to destroy it,” the woman writes.

According to her, the man demanded compensation for the repair of the aircraft, but she refused and closed the door right under his nose.

“I asked him to stop several times, but he always refused, saying that I do not own the airspace… Police asked the neighbor not to do this again in order to avoid a conflict, but it did not help,” adds the owner of the dog.

Later, the woman turned to the hotline of the Federal Aviation Administration in the USA (FAA) for advice and filed a lawsuit. Surprisingly, she managed to prove herself right: the neighbor was ordered to pay for the dog's veterinary services, including x-rays, dental examination, sedatives and medication. In total, it cost $2,000.

“Now he is prohibited from flying over my site, but I installed video surveillance cameras just in case,” the author of the story noted.
