If the fish is not of the best quality, you can “save” it, first of all, by cooking it in the oven. Clean the fish, cut it into portioned pieces and put it in a heat-resistant form.
From the spices, take the seasoning for fish and your favorite Italian herbs. Just sprinkle on top. In parallel, cut the onion and fry until cooked in a pan.
The marinade is prepared very simply and consists of sour cream and soy sauce. You can not add salt, because the soy sauce will have enough salt.
Proportions 2 to 1, 2 parts sour cream and 1 part soy sauce. Mix everything well and pour this marinade over the fish. In this form, it will bake, but you need to let it stand for 30 minutes so that the pieces marinate a little and salt.
Put the fried onion on top of the marinade. Put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Cooking time – 25 minutes.
