A neuropsychologist named a safe alternative to coffee

The neuropsychologist recommended cheering up in the morning not with coffee and tea, but in a safer way. She named an alternative to these drinks and advised not to abuse stimulants.
Coffee increases the likelihood of developing heart disease if you do not limit its intake. It is allowed to drink no more than three cups a day. In this case, it will not harm human health. However, there are safer ways to cheer up in the morning.
The neuropsychologist urged to replace the aromatic drink with grains in chocolate. They reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol in the body and have a beneficial effect on blood vessels. Chocolate neutralizes the damage of caffeine, and as a result, a mostly positive effect appears.
At the same time, the neuropsychologist recommended sleeping seven to eight hours a day. Otherwise, a person will feel exhausted even without physical exertion due to chronic fatigue.
If three hours are spent on a night's rest, then coffee, tea and other stimulants will improve well-being only temporarily. Thus, performance is more influenced by the mode of the day, and not by invigorating drinks.
